Sinopsis

Lin Yaoyao grew up on the mountain with her grandfather, Wen Dao—the "Number One Chef"—and mastered exceptional culinary skills. Defying her grandfather's rule forbidding her from leaving the mountain, she ran away from home; on her way down, she happened to rescue Gu Chang'an, the owner of a top-tier restaurant, and successfully landed a job as a kitchen assistant at his establishment, Linjiangxian. Gu Chang'an had originally gone up the mountain to ask Wen Dao to help Linjiangxian pass a crucial tasting evaluation; when that request failed, the restaurant was forced to face the challenge on its own. During the evaluation, Gu Chang'an was sabotaged by his uncle, Gu Shan, and nearly disqualified. He was compelled to agree to a head-to-head cooking duel with his uncle, with the winner earning the right to pass the evaluation and qualify for the "Chef Supreme" competition.
