Synopsis
On her wedding day, Emma’s mother calls the police, claiming her new husband is controlling her. But six months earlier, Emma was the invisible daughter—sent to work while her family took her spoiled sister to Paris. Tired of being forgotten, she secretly leaves for Port Meridian, where strangers ask what she wants for the first time. As Emma builds a career, finds love, and learns to choose herself, her family scrambles to pull her back. When they confront her at the police station, Emma must decide: return home—or walk away forever.
